Under the direction of the famous fashion designer Giorgio Armani, Armani Casa will be in charge of selecting the materials, colors, finishes and custom made furniture tailored in line with the environment and architecture. This will be the first building entirely designed by Armani Casa in the United States. The firm already has the experience with the decoration of luxury buildings in various tourist destinations in the world, such as Istanbul, Dubai, Rome and Mumbai.
The apartment complex will be developed by the firm Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, under the direction of Argentine architect César Pelli, considered one of the leading professionals in the industry, and responsible for landmark buildings all over the world, such as the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, the World Financial Center in New York City and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami.
The spectacular project by Armani Casa Residences offers 260 luxury units of 1,350 to 3,700 square feet, featuring huge terraces and glass floor-to-ceiling doors and windows that offer panoramic views of the ocean and the bay. The building also will have three floors of private cabanas, a restaurant and an exclusive world-class spa.

Nevertheless, due to the expectation created by the joint venture of these four highly qualified firms, the units are already available for sale in their pre-construction stage. Prices start at $1.2 million for 2 bedroom units to more than $5.6 million for four bedroom corner units on the upper floors. ■
