Recipe Vegetable salad together with goat cheese mousse seasoned with fresh vanilla

Ingredients
Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
Maldon sea salt to taste
Fresh goat cheese mousse “Alta Langa”.
40 g. Julienned zucchini
40 g. Julienned carrot
5g. Modena Balsamic Vinegar
Vanilla from Madagascar, freshly ground to taste
10 g. Small Corinthian raisins

Preparation
After cleaning the vegetables, cut and mix in a bowl. Combine oil, salt, pepper and vinegar. Stir well and place the vegetables in the center of the plate. Add the goat cheese that has been previous been beaten to the desired texture. Decorate with grated vanilla and edible jasmine flower. Serve. Buon appetito!
