The German-born chef Silvio Nickol is the soul of the restaurant that bears his name. The famous establishment is located inside the luxurious Palais Coburg Hotel in downtown Vienna. The iconoclastic chef also has a keen eye for what really matters: the essence of taste. Born to a Greek father and Austrian mother, Alexander reveals his multicultural background in his cuisine.
