La fascinaci\u00f3n de Karl Lagerfeld<\/strong> por la fotograf\u00eda en blanco y negro se remonta a los a\u00f1os 80, cuando su amigo Eric Pfrunder<\/strong> de Chanel, necesitaba una foto para un kit de prensa. De esta forma el director creativo de la marca francesa descubri\u00f3 que ten\u00eda verdadero talento como fot\u00f3grafo y un universo nuevo de creatividad se abri\u00f3 delante de sus ojos. As\u00ed comenz\u00f3 su interpretaci\u00f3n de la moda a trav\u00e9s del lente de su c\u00e1mara: \u201cEl blanco y negro no s\u00f3lo se han convertido en emblema de mi estilo, sino que adem\u00e1s expresan mi visi\u00f3n de la modernidad. En la moda, como en la fotograf\u00eda, solo vale la perfecci\u00f3n. El trabajo en blanco y negro es una opci\u00f3n exigente pero fascinante\u201d, dijo Lagerfeld <\/strong>en una entrevista sobre su trabajo en Chanel.<\/p>\n

Con una creatividad en ebullici\u00f3n continua, Lagerfeld<\/strong> tuvo la idea de reinventar la ic\u00f3nica chaqueta negra, presentada por Coco Chanel <\/strong>por primera vez en 1916 para liberar a las mujeres de las restrictivas modas de la \u00e9poca. \u201cPara ser irremplazable, uno siempre tiene que ser diferente\u201d, dijo Coco Chanel,<\/strong> y eso es exactamente lo que el dise\u00f1ador actual de la casa de modas se propuso hacer con un libro y una exposici\u00f3n de fotograf\u00eda itinerante sobre la chaqueta negra.<\/p>\n

El libro de Lagerfeld<\/strong> y de la ex editora de Vogue Par\u00eds Carine Roitfeld<\/strong>, se titula La chaqueta negra: el cl\u00e1sico de Chanel se reinventa<\/em>, y se public\u00f3 el oto\u00f1o pasado. La obra cuenta con fotograf\u00edas en blanco y negro de m\u00e1s de 100 celebridades que interpretan distintas versiones del cl\u00e1sico de Chanel. Las fotograf\u00edas fueron tomadas por Lagerfeld<\/strong> en Nueva York, Par\u00eds y el sur de Francia a lo largo de un a\u00f1o. Roitfeld<\/strong> fue la responsable de presentar distintos estilismos con la chaqueta como pieza central en formas cl\u00e1sicas e irreverentes, vistiendo con ella a estrellas del pop, actrices, modelos, directores, m\u00fasicos e incluso a miembros de la realeza. Algunas de las celebridades que posaron para el proyecto incluyen a Sarah Jessica Parker<\/strong>, Kanye West<\/strong>, Tilda Swinton<\/strong>, Yoko Ono<\/strong>, Daphne Guinness<\/strong>, Lady Gaga<\/strong> y Carlota Casiraghi<\/strong>. \u25a0<\/span><\/p>\n
