Estamos hablando de la burrata, ese bocado que acompa\u00f1ado con un buen tomate y un buen aceite de oliva no defrauda nunca. Os voy a desvelar c\u00f3mo se produce de este queso hecho artesanalmente con nata, leche, sal y cuajo.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s de retirar la burrata del la nevera, la abrimos y la depositamos en un plato de presentaci\u00f3n. Pelamos el tomate delicadamente, lo colocamos encima del queso y lo salpimentamos seg\u00fan nuestro gusto. Despu\u00e9s, situamos la albahaca encima, dej\u00e1ndola caer alrededor del tomate. Espolvoreamos con grissini de cristal y, finalmente, salpimentamos y aderezamos con aceite. Ya est\u00e1 listo para servir. <em>Vi desidero di cuore   buon appetito<\/em>!<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Arial; font-size: 16px;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la Burrata ?<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nEn pocas palabras, la burrata es un queso fresco con un centro de mozzarella deshilachada y crema de leche. Es cubierta en una capa de mozzarella que sirve para sostener la parte cremosa del centro. Se reconoce por su forma de saquito, con un nudo encima. Elaborada a mano, la burrata se produce tradicionalmente con leche de vaca, fresca y cruda. Las vacas que proporcionan la leche que se utiliza en la elaboraci\u00f3n de este producto son principalmente de la raza Podonica y Bruna Alpina Pugliese en Italia. El nombre burrata viene de manteca, <em>burro<\/em> en italiano.
