Almendra entera ya pelada y sin tostar.<br \/>\nUn diente pelado de ajo. <br \/>\n250 g. Miga de pan.<br \/>\n250 ml. Aceite  de oliva con acidez  0,4.<br \/>\n3 litros de agua. <br \/>\n30 g. Aceto bals\u00e1mico.<br \/>\n8g. Sal.<br \/>\nMel\u00f3n fresco cortado en cuadros al gusto.<br \/>\nMenta fresca. Una hoja por raci\u00f3n.  <\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 13px;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nEs una receta muy sencilla y apropiada en los meses de calor h\u00famedo. El primer paso es poner a remojo el pan en agua muy fr\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s, colocamos en un recipiente apropiado las almendras (bien peladas) y las batimos junto con el diente de ajo y un poco de agua fr\u00eda. Batimos bien, le a\u00f1adimos la miga de pan, el aceite y el aceto bals\u00e1mico y seguimos batiendo. Finalmente, acabamos de poner el agua necesaria, rectificamos de sal y dejamos enfriar la pasta resultante en la nevera. Por otra lado, ya tenemos cortado y limpio el mel\u00f3n. Lo colocamos en una sart\u00e9n sin aceite y lo calentamos unos minutos, hasta que parezca caramelizado. Lo depositamos en el fondo del plato y decoramos con menta fresca, vertemos el ajo blanco y\u2026 listo para tomar.
