{"id":21357,"date":"2016-01-18T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-01-18T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.azureazure.com\/sin-categorizar\/moet-chandon-2"},"modified":"2019-11-12T08:41:18","modified_gmt":"2019-11-12T13:41:18","slug":"moet-chandon-esp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.azureazure.com\/es\/gastronomia\/comida-bebida\/moet-chandon-esp\/","title":{"rendered":"Mo\u00ebt &#038; Chandon"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"Body_MasterContent_element_2608_BodyFieldHolder\">\n<article><span style=\"color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px;\">La inclusi\u00f3n de la <em>Avenue du Champagne<\/em>, o Avenida del Champagne, en la lista del Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO, supuso un redescubrimiento de la belleza y de la riqueza hist\u00f3rica de las bodegas Mo\u00ebt Chandon, que tienen su sede all\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px;\">La <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epernay.fr\/article\/lavenue-de-champagne\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>Avenue du Champagne<\/em> <\/a>es la principal avenida de la localidad de \u00c9pernay, en la <a href=\"http:\/\/about-france.com\/regions\/champagne.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">regi\u00f3n de Champagne<\/a>, Francia, y fue declarada patrimonio de la Humanidad en 2015 por tener una gran riqueza tanto subterr\u00e1nea como en superficie.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"\/files\/Images\/Bulletins\/Gastronomy\/moet_reapertura\/moet-reapertura-001.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.moet.com\/prehome\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mo\u00ebt Chandon<\/a> debi\u00f3 adaptar sus antiguas bodegas a las normas de preservaci\u00f3n del patrimonio, por lo cual estuvieron cerradas al p\u00fablico durante un a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px;\">Finalmente, en octubre de 2015 se dio la bienvenida a los primeros visitantes al lugar, no de los sitios m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos de la campi\u00f1a francesa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px;\"><strong>\u00c9pernay, en las colinas de Champagne<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px;\">Las bodegas que Mo\u00ebt Chandon posee a menos de dos horas de Par\u00eds en <a href=\"http:\/\/en.ot-epernay.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u00c9pernay<\/a> son las m\u00e1s grandes de la regi\u00f3n de Champagne. All\u00ed, en los vi\u00f1edos, maduran las selectas uvas de variedades pinot noir, meunier y chardonnay que aportar\u00e1n luego sus cualidades y su personalidad al delicioso sabor e intenso color del <em>champagne<\/em>. Pero hay mucho m\u00e1s, porque debajo de esos vi\u00f1edos se extiende una red de 28 kil\u00f3metros de t\u00faneles horadados en los suelos calc\u00e1reos a profundidades de entre 10 y 30 metros. Es por eso que el paseo por los recovecos de Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon posibilita vivir una parte de la fascinante historia del lugar, as\u00ed como tener una experiencia personal y memorable en una copa de champagne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px;\">M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de adentrarse en el conocimiento de las distintas facetas de la producci\u00f3n y de recorrer sus silenciosas cavas, que acunan el sue\u00f1o de antiguas botellas atesoradas, la <em>maison<\/em> ofrece otras posibilidades al visitante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #666666; line-height: 22px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 15px;\">Un lugar que no se puede dejar de ver es el Sal\u00f3n de <strong>Jean R\u00e9my Mo\u00ebt<\/strong>, el nieto de <strong>Claud<\/strong>e, sitio donde el entonces emperador <strong>Napole\u00f3n Bonaparte<\/strong> le concediera la medalla de la Legi\u00f3n de Honor, una de las condecoraciones m\u00e1s prestigiosas de Francia.
