A retrospective of photographer Garry Winogrand will travel the U.S. and Europe through 2014 into the following year. This is great opportunity to explore the work of an artist that capture, like no one else, American society during the postwar years.


 

A retrospective of the work of American photographer Garry Winogrand (1928-1984) will be presented in Washington DC at the National Gallery of Art from March 2 to June 8, 2014. The exhibition is unique opportunity to review the American urban landscape and lifestyle from the 1950s through the early 1980s.
