Once the goals are set, a virtual coach named Mara will guide us through verbal instructions and commands in case we lose the pace, are treading incorrectly or our heart rate isn’t high enough. If we’re doing everything right, Mara will inform us about the data obtained and encourage us to keep up the good work. All data is stored in the user’s personal account, where it can be organized in folders to compare results.
