Katharina, the hotel´s elegant restaurant is an alluring invitation to experience Mendoza´s haute cuisine, with dishes based on regional products such as Patagonian lamb in Ras sauce or the Filet mignon with malbec. The spa at Entre Cielos is famous for its Hammam, a method of purification, cleansing and relaxation used in ancient Eastern European cultures. It features water in a meticulous sequence that stimulates the cleansing and renewal of the body by inducing a deep state of mental and physical relaxation. After six consecutive stages of steam baths, hot water swimming pools and massages with foam or essential oils, the process culminates in the rest room with Oriental teas, fresh juices and dried fruit. In this idyllic environment, wine does more than delight the palate; it also helps restore health and beauty with treatments based on the exfoliating properties of the grape seeds, complemented by wine baths, massages and steam baths.
